小型华人家族企业持续成长的障碍与根源分析——以新加坡为例

摘　　要：通过对新加坡小型华人家族企业的实证调查,研究新加坡华人家族企业组织发展的现状和存在的问题,认为新加坡地区的华人家族企业群体,受中华传统文化的影响,形成独特的创业优势和守业劣势。华人家族企业的领导者继任和管理者任用仍然是困扰企业发展壮大的主要问题。This article focuses on the status quo and problems in organization development of Chinese family enterprises in Singapore. Most of the samples are small enterprises. The questionnaire research of empirical study is employed in this article. It is considered that Chinese enterprises in Singapore are deeply influenced by Chinese traditional culture and have developed their unique advantages in the founding and disadvantages in the development of family enterprises. The main problems of Chinese family enterprises are how to choose a succeeding chief officer and how to appoint managers who are outside of family.
