摘　　要：简要介绍了国外图书馆员继续教育政策的概况,分析了我国图书馆员开展继续教育的现状,提出通过运用和完善各种激励机制等方式,调动图书馆员参加继续教育的积极性。This article briefly introduced the outline of continuing education poheies in foreign countries, analyzed the current status of librarians＇ continuing education in China, and put forward that libraries should mobilize the enthusiasm of librarians to take part in continuing education by setting up and improving various impelling mechanisms.
