转型时期青少年道德品质存在的问题及对策

摘　　要：转型时期,随着社会变迁的加剧,给人们特别是青少年的思想和行为带来了巨大的冲击和影响,造成青少年道德品质滑坡。针对转型时期青少年道德品质方面存在的主要问题及成因,我们应采取改进教育管理方式提高家长的教育能力、建立学校、家庭和社会教育相结合的立体网络等对策。Due to the deepening process of reform and opening up and the transformation of planned economy to market economy, there are many structural changes about the production mode, life style and association way during the transition period. Dramatic social transformation imposes great shocks on the thoughts and conducts of teenagers, resulting in the declining of teenagers＇ moral character. We hould take such measures as improving educational system,inhancing educational capability,building educational network in order to putting school and family and society into good work for developing moral character of teenagers.
