摘  要:介绍了ECE R29《关于就商用车驾驶室乘员保护批准车辆的统一规定》中商用车驾驶室的试验方法和性能要求,开发了用于商用车驾驶室正面撞击试验的检测试验装置,用该套装置对轻型载货汽车进行了正面撞击试验;进行了正面碰撞仿真,对试验结果和仿真结果进行了比较和分析。仿真分析与碰撞试验得到的整车变形趋势比较吻合;在检验驾驶室生存空间的主要特征尺寸上,仿真分析结果与试验结果比较接近,从数值上看,仿真结果略低于试验值。The testing methods and the requirements of commercial vehicle cabs in ECE R29 “Uniform Provisions Concerning the Approval of Vehicles with Regard to the Protection of the Occupants of the Cab of a Commercial Vehicle”were introduced, a front impact test facility for commercial vehicle cabs was developed, a front impact test was carried out using this facility. A computer simulation of front impact was carried out, the simulation results and the test results were compared and analyzed. The deformation tendency derived from the simulation results and the test results is the same. The dimension of survival space are also close, the values of simulation results are smaller than that of test results slightly.
