摘　　要：教学过程中“教师是主导,学生是主体”这一论断是多年来教育理论的误区。本文从哲学、心理学、教学实践和时代发展等方面分析并指出,教师在教学过程中起“指导者”或“领路人”的作用,不是“主导”作用。It is a wrong inference in educational theory that “Teachers play a leading role while students are the main body” in teaching process. From the aspects of philosophy, psychology, teaching practice and the development of the times, this article analyses and points out that teachers should be the “directors” or “guides” but not the “leaders” during teaching process.
