摘　　要：Rough集是一种处理不精确的、不一致的和不完整的各种信息,并从中发现隐含的知识,揭示其潜在规律的方法。在干部考核系统中,为了找出评价规律,必须对收集的信息指标进行处理,获取关键的信息指标有助于提高管理的效果。本文利用改进的分明矩阵对考核指标进行约简,找出规则。Rough set is a tool in analyzing and processing the imprecise, inconsistent and incomplete information, and finding the connotative knowledge, potential regulations and methods. It can be applied in data mining. In the cadre examination system, there are lots of information indexes, and some are main keys. The purpose of this paper is to apply improved discernible matrices in reducing valuable indexes of cadre examination system and finding the optimal indexes.
