摘　　要：教书育人可以概括为教育工作的全部,人际交往必然成为教师工作的重要组成部分。教师在工作过程中不仅要与学校系统内部的人员交往,还要与学校外部有关方面的人员交往,处理好这些关系是教育工作能否取得成功的关键,因而教师应该成为人际交往的艺术家。A teacher＇s duty is to cultivate new generation, and interaction is the important part of his work. Teachers＇ interaction include the people not only in the school system but also out of it. It＇s the key to successful ed- ucation. That＇s why teachers should be the artists of interaction.
