摘　　要：设计了高性能低运算量的椭圆低通数字滤波器,采用新型单片机,合理设计信号调理电路,研制成功了小型低成本三轴压电陀螺组合的信号校正模块,提高了敏感器件的利用率,拓宽了压电陀螺的应用。Author designs an ellipse low pass digital filter with high performance and little computation. A low-cost miniature signal-correcting module is developed for three-axis piezoelectric gyro unit with the use of new MCU and reasonable signal conditioning circuit desigr. All of above improves the use rate of sensor and enlarge the application of the piezoelectric gyro.
