摘 要:目的了解大学生营养和发育状况,为制定营养改善计划提供依据.方法对2002级464名学生进行调查,年龄为19~23岁.主要评价指标为:身体质量指数(BMI)、OEDER指数、上臂肌围.结果用以上三个指标评价,正常率为87.1%、87.7%和76.9%,消瘦率9.7%和8.8%,营养不良率23.1%,女生消瘦率和营养不良率均高于男生(P<0.01).结论培养良好生活行为,适当增加优质蛋白摄入量.Objective To study the nutrition status and growth of the college students, and to provide scientific basis for drawing up plans to improve students' nutrition status. Methods A survey including body mass index (BMI), OEDER index, and the examination of the circumference of arms to 464 students of Grade 2002 had been done. The students were 19 - 23 years old. Results The incidence of normal rate was 87.1%, 87.7 % and 76.9 % respectively assessed by the three index ; the incidence of wastage was 9.7 % and 8.8%, the incidence of malnutrition was 23.1%. The incidences of wastage and malnutrition of girls were both higher than boys' ( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion Students should form favorable living habits, and take more advantage protein.
