摘　　要：某男在吸毒多年后于2004-09实施开颅手术戒毒,在其住院期间咨询师介入心理辅导。经过先后9次心理辅导,每次有相关主题,时间为50min。①初始会谈,目的是建立咨询关系。②收集基本资料,了解患者的基本情况以对症下药。③角色扮],以恰当的方式应对周围不良的环境。④找优点,增强其自信心。⑤经验再构,增强自信,降低忧郁。⑥改变认知,降低忧郁。⑦意象对话,积极暗示和引导、增强戒毒信心。⑧约定辅导,自我约束和监督。心理辅导后基本上达到预期目标,即患者克服自卑心理、增强自信心、并且在咨询师的帮助下制定具体的戒毒行为方案、以及对出院后怎样面对之前的毒友、怎样适应出院后的周围的不良环境等问题进行了有效的探讨和预应付。患者和心理咨询师均认为心理辅导有帮助;3,6,9个月后的回访均证明心理辅导对患者有帮助。A man who took drug for many years was treated with the operation on head during September 2004. The consultant began the psychological consultation when he was in hospital. There were nine times in total and every time there were different themes lasting 50 minutes. ① The first time was aimed to establish the counseling relation. ② Collecting the individual information to take the correct measures. ③ Roll playing to reply to the en- vironment correctly. ④ Seeking the advantages to buildup the self-confidence. ⑤ Re-experience to buildup the self-confidence and reduce the melancholy. ⑥ Changing the cognition to reduce the melancholy. ⑦ Imago intercommunication to hint, guide and enhance confidence for giving up drug positively. ⑧ Promising to restrict and supervise himself. After psychological consultation, advance aim was reached, that was, the patient got over the self-humiliation, enhanced the confidence, mapped out the projects to be off the drug in detail with the help of consultants. The problems of coping with the old friends who all hit the pipe and how to face the bad environment, etc. were discussed. The patient and consultant both agreed that psychological consultation was helpful. Investigation tracked after 3, 6, 9 months also proved that the psychological consultation was helpful for patient.
