摘 要:通过水培试验,研究分析了两种多环芳烃(PAHs)物质(菲和芘)在茶树体内的吸收、累积和转移,以及对茶叶体内几种有效化学成分的影响。结果表明,当营养液中菲和芘处理浓度为1.00mg/L和0.10mg/L时,茶树须根中菲和芘浓度最高,为2.21×10-1mg/g干重(DW)和1.07×10-1mg/gDW;菲在茶树茎中最高含量7.00×10-3mg/gDW,叶片中含量为3.10×10-4mg/g鲜重(FW),芘在茎和叶中则均未检测到。菲和芘对茶树乌牛早品种叶片内化学成分影响显著,菲和芘单独处理后,茶树叶片内儿茶素总量最高分别上升35.13%和46.56%;菲和芘的混合处理中儿茶素总量最高增加48.23%,多酚和咖啡碱含量也有明显升高。然而,菲和芘处理后茶树叶片内氨基酸含量下降。The absorption and accumulation of phenanthrene and pyrene in tea plant (Camellia sinsensis) and the effects of those pollutants on the main tea components were studied and analyzed by water solution culture of tea plant for 10 days. The results showed that the highest concentrations of phenanthrene and pyrene were found in fibrous roots when the maximum concentrations of phenanthrene (1. 00 mg/L) and pyrene(0. 10 mg/L) were used in water solution, and that were 2.21×10 ^-1mg/gDWand 1.07×10^-1mg/gDW, respectively. The contents of pyrene in stems and leaves were 0. 007 mg/g DW and 3.10× 10^-4mg/g FW, however, no pyrene was measured in stems and leaves. The contents of catechins, caffeine, polyphenols, and amino acid in tea leaves were significantly affected by phenanthrene and pyrene. To compare with CK, the content of total catechins increased by 35.13% and 46.56% for adding phenanthrene or pyrenein in the culture solution, and increased by 48.23% for both pollutants. The contents of caffeine and polyphenols increased, too. However, the concentration of amino acids decreased in treated tea leaves by PAHs.
