摘  要:以人为本思想的实质,就是以人的全面和谐发展为本,以人的个性、独特性和创造性为本。一切教育必须以人为本,促进人的全面和谐发展,这是现代教育理念的核心内涵和基本价值取向,也是马克思主义教育理论的精髓。“以知识为本”和“以技术为本”的教育,不能培养出全面和谐发展的人。素质教育是全面和谐发展的前提,人文教育是全面和谐发展的支撑,个性发展是全面和谐发展的核心。The essence of people-oriented concept is a comprehensive and harmonious development 6f people. It also refers to people's personality, distinctiveness and creativity. All education must be based on the principle of people first and promote the comprehensive and harmonious development of people. This is the basic connotation and value orientation of modern educational outlook. It's also the essence of Marxist educational theory. “Knowledge-oriented” and “technology-oriented” education cannot achieve the comprehensive and harmonious development of people. Quality education is the prerequistite of comprehensive and harmonious development;humanities education is the support and personality development is the core.
