摘 要:目的研究β-环糊精(β-CD)的示波行为并将其用于客体分子的示波测定。方法将一定量β-CD加入到不同组成、不同浓度或不同pH的底液中,利用加入客体分子后,β-CD在示波图上切口深度或峰高的变化考察客体分子的示波行为并进行示波测定。结果在0.2mol/LNaOH底液中,β-CD能在二次微分示波图上-0.38V(vs.SCE)处产生一对可逆、灵敏的峰,当加入Cu2+、芦丁、苯巴比妥、L-苯丙氨酸、盐酸金刚烷胺等金属离子或有机物时,β-CD的二次微分示波图上的峰高降低。结论建立了β-CD的直接示波测定法和Cu2+、芦丁等的间接示波测定法。Aim To study the oscillographic behavior offl-cyclodextrin (β-CD) and its application in oscillographic determination. Methods The research is based on distance transform. When the host molecules were added to different constituents, different concentration or different pH value base solution, the incision depth or the peak height of β-CD on oscillograms would decrease. The oscillographic characteristic of β-CD could be used to investigate oscillographic behaviors and oscillographic determination of the host molecules. Results In 0.2 mol/L NaOH solution, β-CD yielded a pair reversible and sensitive peak at -0.38V (vs. SCE) on second order differential oscillogram, and the height of this pair peak of β-CD on the oscillogram decreased with the increase of Cu^2+ or rutin, phenobarbital, L-plenylalanine and amantadine hydrochloride concentration. Conclusion A direct oscillographic determination method ofβ-CD and indirect oscillographic determination methods of Cu^2+ or rutin, phenobarbital, L- plenylalanine and amantadine hydrochloride as well as other drugs were presented.
