摘　　要：新建本科院校法学教育走出困境的唯一出路在于新的人才培养模式的探索,这主要是由法学学科自身的特点所决定,并为西方法制发达国家的法学教育成功经验所证明。加强师资队伍建设,现行教学方案修改;课堂教学方法改革;专业实习基地建设等都是法学专业应用型人才培养制度建构的主要内容,应需着力探索。The only way for a newly--building regular college to avoid the problem of legal teaching is to study the development of the mode of person of ability actively. This was determined by the characteristics of legal teaching and proved by developed west countries of legal institutions. We should train our legal teaching teachers to achieve a new mode of training persons of ability. How to improve the present teaching scheme and classroom teaching method and build the basic training places of special over the problem to resolve.
