摘 要:采用体外厌氧共培养技术,研究了山羊瘤胃真菌对瘤胃细菌发酵的影响。结果表明:在瘤胃真菌与瘤胃细菌共培养24 h内,瘤胃真菌对瘤胃细菌表现出一定的抑制作用,共培养组24 h时底物稻草表观干物质消失率(5.85%)、总挥发性脂肪酸浓度(28.21 mmol/L)及乙酸浓度(20.32 mmol/L)显著低于瘤胃细菌培养组(10.49%、32.66 mmol/L和24.39 mmol/L);而共培养组在48 h和72 h时稻草表观干物质消失率(24.37%、29.04%)均高于瘤胃细菌培养组(21.69%、26.41%);试验结果同时显示,经灭菌处理的瘤胃真菌发酵液可显著降低瘤胃细菌对稻草片段的降解活力。Rumen anaerobic fungi were cocultured of rice straw with bacteria. The results showed that during the first 24 h fermentation, rumen anaerobic fungi inhibited the degradation of rice straw by bacteria, resulting in the decrease of apparent dry matter loss, TVFA, and acetate concentration. After 24 h incubation, however, rumen anaerobic fungi seemed to promote the degradation on rice straw by bacteria. At the end of 48 h and 72 h, bacteria culture degraded 21.69%, 26.41 % of the rice straw, respectively, but the co-cultures degraded 24. 37% and 29. 04%, respectively, which proved the co-cultures played a better role in rice straw degradation than the pure bacteria culture. Furthermore, autoclaved fermentation supernatant of anaerobic fungi inhibited the degradation of rice straw by rumen bacteria.
