摘 要:目的探讨34倍人工肾透析液应用细菌内毒素检查法的可行性。方法应用细菌内毒素试验检查34倍人工肾透析液中的热原,考察34倍人工肾透析液对细菌内毒素检查法的干扰行为,采用细菌内毒素检查法和热原检查法对34倍人工肾透析液进行对比试验。结果34倍人工肾透析液对细菌内毒素检查法无干扰作用,可以用灵敏度为0.5EU.mL-1的鲎试剂检测细菌内毒素。结论可以用细菌内毒素检查法代替家兔热原法控制34倍人工肾透析液的质量。OBJECTIVE To research into the possibility of the use of bacterial endotoxin test of thirty-fourfold dialysis solution for artificial kidney, METHODS Use bacterial endotoxin test to detect pyrogen in thirty-fourfold dialysis solution for artificial kidney,the interference of thirty-fourfold dialysis solution for artificial kidney to the process of bacterial endotoxin test was studied. Constrast test was made using bacterial endotoxin and pyrogen test. RESULTS Thirty-fourfold dialysis solution for artificial kidney has no interference to the bacterial endotoxin test and could be tested by amebocyte lysate with the sentivity of. 0.5EU· mL^-1. CONCLUSION Amebocyte lysate method can be used in place of rabbit method for pyrogen monitoring thirty-fourfold dialysis solution for artificial kidney.
