摘 要:针对如何对知识型企业知识员工进行综合评价的问题,从知识型企业和知识员工的概念与特征出发,分析了知识员工综合评价指标体系的构建依据,建立了一套包括品德、智力、能力、关键素质、绩效等五个方面的综合评价指标体系,在此基础上,给出了一种基于模糊理论的知识员工综合评价方法,并通过一个算例说明了给出方法的应用,为知识型企业制定知识员工人力资源管理政策提供了依据.Targeting the way of comprehensive enterprises, the foundation of establishing the index concepts and characteristics of the employees. An appraisal of the knowledge employees in knowledge-based system of comprehensive appraisal is analyzed in terms of the index system of comprehensive appraisal involving morality, intelligence,ability,key quality and performance is set up. Based on the system, a fuzzy comprehensive appraisal method is presented. Finally, an a foundation for human resources example is given to illustrate the application of the proposed method, which offers management of knowledge-based enterprises.
