摘 要:目的了解中学生营养不良和肥胖的状况及其影响因素,为采取合理的干预措施提供依据.方法采用问卷调查和查阅学生近期健康档案的方法,根据<中国学生7~22岁身高标准体重值>对学生营养状况进行评价,并对相关影响因素进行非条件Logistic逐步回归分析.结果中学生营养不良率为9.4%,肥胖率为24.2%.营养不良的发生与性别、是否偏食挑食、睡眠时间、早餐情况、是否吃动物内脏等5个因素密切相关.肥胖的发生与性别、父亲的体重指数、进食速度、是否宵夜、是否偏食挑食等5个因素密切相关.结论纠正中学生的营养不良和肥?关键要加强营养知识教育,帮助他们建立良好的饮食生活模式.Objective To study the influencing factors of malnutrition and obesity in middle school students, and to provide bases for the intervention measures. Methods Using questionnaires and recent health information of the students, an evaluation was made according to “the standard of weight index for Chinese students aged 7 - 22”. Data were sent into non-conditional logistic regression model. Results The incidence rates of malnutrition and obesity were 9.4% and 24.2% respectively. The incidence of malnutrition was related to five factors including gender, whether having a partiality for a particular kind of foed, sleeping time, something about breakfast and whether eating animal bowels. The incidence of obesity in middle school students was related to five factors including gender, body mass index of father, eating speed, whether eating food at night and whether having a partiality for a particular kind of food. Conclusion Nutrition education should be carried on to form healthy living style, so as to improve nutritional status of middle school students.
