摘　　要：校外学习中心的核心功能是教学服务功能，具体又可分解为六个主要项目：教学技术支持服务、教学信息供给服务、课程导入辅助服务、学习辅导答疑服务、促进学习协作服务、参与教学评价服务。作为现代远程教育系统的重要组成部分，校外学习中心充分发挥其教学服务功能，会对提高远程教育的整体质量产生深远的影响。The key function of an off-campus study center provides teaching service,which can be divided into six main sub-functions：providing technological support of teaching, supplying information of teaching, giving guidance of course, teaching and tutoring, promoting cooperative study and taking part in teaching evaluation.Off-campus study center is an important part of distance education system. It has far-reaching impact on raising the quality of distance education by giving full scope to their teaching service function.
