论风险投资在高校科技成果产业化中的应用

摘　　要：制约高校科技成果转化和产业化的一个重要因素是金融体系不建全和资金不足.提出建立完善的风险投资机制是促进高校科技成果转化的关键.从两者作用机理的分析可以看出,风险投资有效弥补了高校科技成果转化的资金缺口,促进高校科研面向市场,同时对理顺高校科技企业的产权关系,减少科技成果转化过程中的风险,提高高校科技企业后续融资能力等都具有重要的意义.An important factor of restricting the transformation and industrialization of scientific and technical achievements of the university is the imperfect financial system and the deficiency of the fund, which should stem from the risk investment of the society mainly. It be found out from the analysis of the function mechanism of these two that risk investment has remedied the fund shortfall of the transformation, promoted the research to be market-oriented. At the same time it has important significance in making the relations between ownership and management of enterprises of scientific and technological enterprises of the university in order, reducing the transformation＇s risk, raising university scientific and technological enterprise follow-up finance ability and so on.
