摘　　要：本文评介中国火井历史研究的新进展,并以新发现的明人火井史料为依据,解读明代 正德到万历间的四川火井史料,阐释天然气煮盐的实况,证实明代火井的工艺水平;质疑宋应星《天 工开物》卷上有关西川火井的描述;考察了云台山火井的地理位置;依据清初火井史料,推测了明代 富顺火井的工艺水平。The paper is an introduction of new development of historical research on Chinese fire well and on the base of new discovery of fire well in the Ming Dynasty, explains natural gas boiling brine to make salt. The writer oppugns the description on fire well in ancient Sichuan recorded on the book Tian Gong Kai Wu written by Song Yingxing. According to historical material, the writer guesses technique level of Fushun fire well in the Ming Dynasty.
