摘  要:目的:观察杂色曲霉素(ST)对小鼠穹隆下器(SFO)室管膜细胞超微结构的影响。方法:BALB/c小鼠,单次ST(3000 μg/kg) 灌胃,分别于灌胃后1、2、4、8、16 h处死动物,用扫描电镜观察SFO室管膜的结构变化。结果:ST灌胃后1 h部分SFO室管膜表面微绒毛结构消失、细胞破损,ST灌胃后2 h室管膜出现凹凸不平、损伤加重,ST灌胃后8 h室管膜凹凸不平和破损最为明显, ST灌胃后16 h逐渐恢复。结论:提示ST对小鼠SFO室管膜细胞有明显的损伤作用。Objective: To evaluate the effects of single oral sterigmatocystin (ST) on the uhrastructure of the ependemal cells in subfornical organ of BALB/c mice in vivo. Methods.. BALB/c mice were treated intragastrically with lavage of ST at dosage of 3000 μg/kg once. The experimental mice were killed 1, 2, 4, 8 and 16 hours after the oral administration. Uhrastructural changes of ependemal cells of subfornical organ were observed with scanning electron microscopic (SEM) method. Results: After oral administration of ST, the ependymal cells damages were found and the microvilli disappeared in 1 hour; ependymal cells became uneven and the damage became obvious in 2 hours; ependymal cells damage was the most obvious in 8 hours. Conclusion: Ultrastructural changes of the ependemal cells of subfornical organ can be found after single oral administration of ST in mice, suggestting that ST can cause damage to subfornical organ.
