摘  要:以美国加州王芹菜为试材,研究了温室条件下有机肥用量对芹菜产量、硝酸盐含量和主要营养品质的影响。结果表明:随着有机肥施用量的增加,芹菜产量和营养品质显著提高;NO3--N含量虽明显增加,但未超过785 mg/kg绿色蔬菜标准。施用有机肥1 125 kg/hm2 较为适宜。Effect on the yield, the nitrate content and the main nutritional quality of celery by organic fertilizers applied in the greenhouse was studied. The results indicated that the celery yield increased obviously with the increasing amount of the organic fertilizers, and an increase of 47.4% than contrast. The content of NO3^- - N increased obviously either, but didn't exceed the green vegetable standard (785 mg/kg ) . In the view of nutritional quality, it was better to apply the organic N 1 125 kg/hm^2. By summing up several factors, the optimum applying rate of organic N should be 1 244.9 kg/hm^2 in greenhouse celery field.
