摘　　要：教学手段和考核方法的改革,是确保中学校长培训质量和培训效果的重要措施。校长培训结业论文的撰写,是提高学员学习自主性的有力手段,是创新教学模式的有效尝试,是使培训学员积累和总结实践经验、提高综合素质的有效途径,是检测培训质量的重要依据。抓好结业论文的撰写工作,是中学校长培训教学改革的突破口、教学工作的“牛鼻子”、教学任务的重头戏。The innovation of the teaching and assessment methods is an important means to guarantee good quality and effects in the training of schoolmasters.The writing of the course- completion paper is a powerful way to improve the students＇ decision- making character,an effective attempt to better teaching patterns, a good way to urge students to accumulate and summarize practical experience so as to heighten their comprehensive level of quality, important grounds to check the quality of schoolmaster training. To keep a firm grasp on the writing of the papers is a breakthrough in the teaching reform of the sehcolmaster training, an essence of the teaching work and all important part of the teaching task.
