摘 要:目的探讨PBL教学方法对训练护生健康教育能力的作用。方法将101名护生随机分为实验组(59名)和对照组(42名)。对照组采用传统教学法训练护生的健康教育能力;实验组采用PBL教学方法,即护生按教学目标要求选择病例,发现、分析和解决患者的健康教育问题。结果89.0%以上护生认为学习的主动性、健康教育水平和沟通能力均得到提高;两组护生健康教育能力比较,差异有显著性意义(均P<0.01)。结论PBL教学方法拓宽了护生的知识面,提高了护生健康教育水平,使护生健康教育能力训练落到实处。Objective To investigate the application of PBL instruction method in training healthy education ability of nursing students. Methods One hundred and one nursing students were randomly divided into study group (59 students) and control group (42 students). During the nursing rounds, PBL education rule was conducted in study group, while in the control group, the traditional education rules were conducted. According to the PBL instruction method, the nursing students chose patients in terms of the education objectives and detected, analyzed and solved the patients' problems in healthy education. Results There was significant difference between two groups (all P〈0.01 ) by statistic analysis. More than 89.0% students in this study considered the activeness, level of healthy education and ability of communication were improved. Conclusion Using PBI. instruction method in the healthy education ability training of the nursing students can enlarge students' knowledge and develop the ability of students' healthy education.
