摘　　要：相应于人工神经网络逼近非线性系统问题引入了一种新的小波变换并研究了其性质，作为推论，给出了Ｌｐ范数下定理的一个构造性证明．A new kind of wavelet transform. relating to the problem on the rlalizability of f LP(In) by single hidden layer feed forward artificial neural networks is introduced and its properties are studied, As a corollary, another constructive proof of Cybenko's theorem is presented.
