摘　　要：腹腔镜技术在临床已经广泛开展,我们建立了腹腔镜手术实时多媒体教学培训系统,使枯燥的理论知识及操作技能的讲解与示范形象化、具体化,并在对低年资住院医师、研究生、进修生进行腹腔镜手术教学培训、腹腔镜手术新技术推广示范、国内外著名专家手术演示中取得了良好的效果。The technique of laparoscopic operation has been used widely in clinic. We established a multimedia real- time teaching and training system for laparoscopic operation, Establishment and application of a multimedia real - time teaching and training system for laparoscopic operation together with novel and professional operation teaching direction is proposed to make important contributions to good results of visual educations for resident doctors, medical graduate students and young doctors attending advanced studies. Moreover, the system will benefit wide spread of new laparoscopic surgery technique.
