摘　　要：针对新世纪培养高素质创新型医学人才的需要,实施了生物化学实验内容和教学方法以及实验考试考核办法的改革,增加了学生动手机会,调动了学生对生物化学实验的主动性和积极性,提高了学生的操作技能和综合素质,培养了学生的创新和科研能力。Aiming for requirement of cultivating medical talents with high quality and creativity in the new century, we should reform biochemistry experimental content, teaching method, experimental examination and assessment method, increase students＇ operating opportunity, stimulate the enthusiasm of students to biochemistry experiment, improve students＇ operation skills and generalization quality and foster students＇ innovation spirit and scientific research ability.
