摘　　要：本文探讨了学科建设在现代大学中的地位,学科的概念及定义,学科的定位与目标,学科体系、结构与布局等学科建设的基本问题,并结合学科建设的实践论述了学科组织形式的模式竞争问题。This article focuses on a few basic issues of university discipline construction. It analyzes the conception, orientation and target of discipline, examines the position of discipline construction at modem university, sets forth the ideas of discipline system, discipline structure and discipline arrangement, etc. Based on the practice of university discipline construction, this study also discusses the issues of discipline organization form and mode competition.
