摘　　要：讨论了Fuzzy群矩阵半群的幂等元，用群的观点刻划了Fuzzy群矩阵半群的幂等元，得到了Fuzzy群矩阵是幂等矩阵的充分必要条件．The purpose of this paper is to consider the idempotence of the semigroup of fuzzy group matrixes. We describe the idempotent elements of the semigroup of fuzy group matrixes by applying the concept of group. And finally we obtain the necessary and sufficient conditions for a fuzzy matrix to be idempotent.
