摘 要:采用自行设计的超声强化超临界CO2萃取装置研究了超临界流体萃取(SFE)和超声强化超临界流体萃取(USFE)薏苡仁油,并对各自的实验条件进行了优化,比较了在各自优化条件下的产率。实验结果证实,超声对超临界流体萃取具有明显的强化效应,与超临界流体萃取薏苡仁油相比,超声强化超临界流体萃取可以在较低的萃取压力和萃取温度、较少的夹带剂用量、较短的萃取时间条件下获得较高的萃取率。对萃取物成分和结构的分析表明,在超临界流体萃取中引入超声不会破坏脂肪酸的化学结构和改变对脂肪酸萃取的选择性。With the adoption of self-designed interpolation ultrasound-assisted supercritical fluid extraction (USFE) device, supercritical fluid extraction (SFE) and ultrasound-assisted supercritical fluid extraction (USFE) were employed to extract coix lacryma-jobi seed oil (CLSO) from coix lacryma-jobi seeds. The experimental conditions and the extraction yields of the two methods were optimized and compared respectively. The results show ultrasound had an assisted function to SFE. The extraction yield of CLSO with USFE in a lower temperature, a lower pressure, a lower CO2 flow rate and a shorter time was higher than that with SFE. According to the components of CLSO, ultrasound did not change selectivity to fatty acids of CLSO in SFE.
