摘　　要：课程设置是否科学合理对培养高质量的应用型人才具有十分重要的意义。从财务管理本科专业应用型人才应具备的知识、能力与素质的分析来看,课程设置应以强化应用为主,理论课程与实践课程并重,构建完善的实践课程体系是应用型人才培养的关键。Constructing courses in a scientific way is very important for training applicable talents of high quality. Taking finance management specialty as an example, this article analyzed the knowledge structure and abilities that the undergraduates should have, concluding that the curriculum should cover both theoretical and practical courses, while more importance should be attached to the latter. The key to training application - oriented talents is to build up a good course system of practical teaching.
