摘　　要：针对当今教育发展的趋势和特点,认真贯彻落实教育部关于《全国普通高等学校体育课程指导纲要》精神,结合目前我国普通高校体育场地、器材等设施条件滞后于高校招生规模不断扩大的现状,就现今大学体育怎样满足培养21世纪高科技人才素质的需要,提出了对新《纲要》下普通高校体育课程进行整体改革与建设的探讨。Due to the enrollment of China＇ colleges and universities, the current sports facilities such as the stadiums and equipment cannot meet the need of the students. In the light of this situation, as well as the trend and the characteristics of the educational development in this particular period, this paper probes some ways to make college physical education answer the purpose. It reflects on the overall reform and construction of China＇s college physical education course.
