摘 要:提出了一种基于电子市场的供应链退货问题的系统框架和模型。研究了一个由供应单一产品并接受退货策略的制造商与销售一种需求不确定的季节性商品的零售商所组成的两级供应链,零售商可以把电子市场作为二级市场,直接在线出售传统市场尚未出售的“退货”。进一步地,综合考虑了买卖双方的风险厌恶程度及利润方差对其预期效用的影响,推导了传统市场和电子市场环境下的最优订货量。最后,利用遗传算法进行了仿真计算,对传统市场和电子市场环境下的两种模型进行了比较。A system framework and model of returns policy for supply chain with e-marketplace are put forward. The two-echelon supply chain is composed of one supplier who supplies a single product and accepts returns policy and one retailer who sells a seasonal product with uncertain demands, the retailer can utilize the e-marketpIace as a secondary market to directly online-sell "returns" which unsold in traditional markets. Further, the effects of both risk averse degrees and variance of profit on the expected profit are considered generally, and the optimal order quantity for both traditional market and e-market are deduced. Using the genetic algorithms, the simulation analysis is carried out, and the outcome of two models for traditional market and e-market is compared finally.
