野生枸杞与栽培枸杞营养成分对比分析

摘　　要：介绍两种枸杞营养成分的对比分析。实验采用浓硝酸-双氧水(v/v=3∶1)常压微沸条件下消解枸杞样品,应用火焰原子吸收法(FAAS)测定了枸杞中的金属元素Zn、Cu、Mg、Fe、Ca、Na、Co、Mn、K、Pb、Cd、Ni的含量,研究测定不同元素的仪器最佳工作条件、方法及多糖、蛋白质、Vc、柠檬酸、氨基酸、果胶、还原糖、醛糖的含量。结果表明,栽培枸杞中多糖、蛋白质、Vc、柠檬酸、氨基酸、矿质元素K含量高,而野生枸杞中果胶、还原糖、醛糖、矿质元素Zn、Cu、Mg、Fe、Ca、Na、Co、Mn含量高。测定方法简单易行、方便快捷,结果可靠。This paper studies that the process condition of the analysis of nutritious composition in wild barbarum and plant barbarum. FAAS method was established for the determination of Zn, Cu, Mg, Fe, Ca, Na, Co, Mn, K, Pb, Cd, Ni in the plant barbarum and the wild barbarum, after digestion with HNO3-H202（v：v=3：1） at 90- 95% and normal pressure. The plant barbarum are high in polysaceharide, protein, Vc, citric acid, amino acid and K, but the wild barbarum are high in pectin, reducing sugar, aldose and mineral element Zn,Cu,Mg,Fe,Ca, Na,Co, Mn. The characteristics of this method are quick, simple and convenient. The results are satisfactory.
