摘　　要：通过对实施高校管理人员教育职员制改革试点情况的调查分析,探讨高校管理人员职员制改革的发展方向,同时就进一步完善高校教育职员制改革提出建议和对策。On the base of analysis of the investigation of carrying staff system reform, explicates the developing direction of the managing staff system reform, and at the same time puts forward the suggestions and countermeasures of further improving the educational staff system reform in college and universities.
