摘　　要：文章详细阐述了语境在英语课堂教学中的重要作用,以及多媒体教学手段在语境创设方面所独具的优势,以期提高人们对英语多媒体教学手段功能的认识,进一步完善多媒体教学手段在我国大学英语教学中的应用,改善课堂教学效率。The paper expounds the importance of context in English teaching and the incomparable advantage of the computer-aided English teaching approach in reconstructing context in the classroom practice. The paper is intended to widen people＇ s view of the computer-aided English teaching approach so as to perfect the utilization of this approach in our college English teaching and to improve our English classroom efficiency.
