浅析高职毕业生就业现状与职业规划

摘　　要：随着高等教育大众化时代的到来,面对竞争日益激烈的就业市场,大学生就业工作面临着新的挑战。文章分析了目前高职毕业生面临的就业现状和学校就业指导工作的误区,结合学生和学校两方面,在高职毕业生中如何开展职业生涯规划进行探讨。The arrival of popularization of higher education intensified the competition in the job market. As a resuit, college students face new challenges when trying to Find a job. The paper, with an analysis of the grim situation faced by graduates of higher vocational education and places needed to be improved in employment guidance, from both the students and college perspectives, discussed how to cany out carrier planning among higher vocational graduates.
