摘 要:研究火炮发射时的多柔体系统动力学模型可以分析炮口扰动的主要影响因素,为减小炮口扰动以及提高火炮射击精度提供技术途径。建立了某车载炮发射过程的虚拟样机模型,考虑了身管的变形,滑板与身管刚性连接,利用接触副模拟滑板与摇架的碰撞,通过数值计算获得了动力偶臂、导轨间隙、炮口制退器质量以及身管支撑位置对炮口扰动的影响情况,为该类武器的总体设计和结构设计提供了技术支持。The model of flexible multibody dynamics for a gun system on launching was investigated to figure out the dominant effects of mulzzle disturbance, which can provide technical support on reducing the muzzle motion and improving the firing precision. When the virtual prototype of a vehicle mounted howitzer is built, the following factors are considered, including the flexibility of a barrel, rigid connection between moving supports and tube, the contact between moving supports and cradle. Impacts of the guide clearance, the arm of force, the weight of mulzzle brake and the position of supports on muzzle disturbance are retrieved by dynamics simulation. The results provide a technological support for conceptual and detailed design of this weapon system.
