摘　　要：语言艺术是医务工作者医德医风的重要体现,灵活运用语言艺术对引导病人走出心理困境,建立良好的医患关系,消除医疗纠纷,促进医疗卫生事业的健康发展有很大帮助,能起到事半功倍的效果.The verbal art is the important embodiment for medical personnel＇s medical ethnics and working styles. The proper use of the verbal art can guide the patient out of mental difficulties, establish good doctor-- patient relationship, and wipe out the medical disputes, and also be helpful to the development of medical and health service.
