摘　　要：力敏器件中间测试装置与其它中测装置的区别在工作台上。本文介绍了用于传感器力敏器件中间测试的加载工作台的特点,介绍了工作台负压加载的原理与方法,进行了加载真空系统的设计计算,90°分度转角精度的设计计算、用于θ向对准的蜗轮蜗杆的设计计算以及工作台Z向移动的设计计算等。A main part of the intermediate testing system for pressure sensors is its loading handler. This paper presents the features of the loading handler, the negative pressure loading principle and method, designing calculation of the loading vacuum system, angle accuracy of the 90°indexing, and worm gears for θ and Z movements of the handler.
