摘　　要：21世纪,信息交流和获取的效率和效能受到人们的广泛关注。将培养学生的信息能力纳入各学科的培养目标之中,用信息化教育的内容和手段来建立信息化学习的新模式有着十分重要的意义。建构主义基本理论为信息化学习模式的构建提供了理论依据。In 21st century, people pay more more and more attention to the efficiency and effectiveness of information exchange. The newly-established mode of information learning is the one which merges the target of fostering the students＇ information capability into educational objectives of each major, and the information-oriented contents and means is of great importance. The theory of constructivism has provided the theoretical foundation for establishing information learning mode as well.
