摘  要:目的:研究酶联免疫吸附法测定黄曲霉毒素B1去除酶干扰的方法。方法:用直接稀释法和有机相萃取法处理发酵产品,用ELISA法测定,再用经典的薄层色谱法作确证试验。结果:用直接稀释法前处理的结果均为阳性,而有机相萃取法的均为阴性,且用薄层色谱法测定也均为阴性,可见直接稀释法的结果为假阳性。结论:发酵产品选用有机相萃取法作前处理,避免了酶活性物质对测定的干扰,确保得出正确的检验结果。Objective: To research the method of abolishing the backdrop from some active enzymes when determine AFB1 in fermented products with ELISA. Methods: At first, the fermented products were pretreatment with the two different methods, one is diluted at first hand, the other is extracted into organic phase. Then, determine them with ELISA. At last, a confirmatory test was made with the traditional thin layer chromatography. Results: From the experiments they were diluted at first hand, the results were positive all. From the experiments they were extractied into organic phase, the results were negative all. And the results were all negative in the traditional thin layer chromatography. So the results were false positive, when the fermented products were diluted at first hand. Conclusion: If the fermented products were pretreatmented extracted into organic phas, the backdrops from some active enzymes could be avoid and the results of the tests are ensured to be correct.
