摘  要:目的:观察大鼠去神经支配后骨骼肌及运动终板形态学随时间的变化规律。方法:选用Wistar大鼠,建立去神经支配腓肠肌模型,观察术后腓肠肌湿重、肌细胞直径、截面积以及运动终板的形态学变化。结果:去神经支配后2周,腓肠肌湿重减少为正常的52.1%;至神经损伤后16周,维持在正常的25%左右。肌细胞直径及截面积随时间延长呈进行性下降,失神经支配2周,腓肠肌细胞直径减少为正常的64.87%;至失神经支配20周,肌细胞直径仅为正常值的25.06%,肌细胞截面积与肌细胞直径的变化规律相一致。运动终板4周内改变不明显,4周后形态开始发生变化,失去正常的形态,逐渐形成神经丝;至神经损伤后16周,神经丝的数量开始下降。结论:神经损伤后骨骼肌发生萎缩,随时间变化逐渐加重,提示神经修复手术应尽早进行。Objective To observe the changing rules of skeletal muscle and motor end plate of the denervated rats.Methods FiftyTfour adult Wistar rats were used and separated randomly in nine groups. After established the model of denervated gastrocnemius muscle by cutting off the sciatic nerve, the muscle wet weight, diameter, cross section area of myocyte and motor end plate were measured. Results 2 weeks after denervated, the wet weight reduced to 52.1% of the normal, until 16 weeks later, it was maintained at about 25% of the normal until to 24 weeks. The diameter and the cross section decreased progressively with prolongation of time. 2 weeks after nerve resected, the diameter was 64.87% of the normal, and it was only occupied 25.06% of the normal 20 weeks later. The cross section changed as the changes of the diameter. The motor end plate was normal in the first four weeks. After that, the motor end plate Iosed the normal shape and formed neurofilament. 16 weeks after operation, the neurofilament began to decrease. Conclusion The skeletal muscle atrophies and the motor end plate cataplasia take place after the nerve injury, the changes are getting serious with prolongation of time. The nerve repair operation should be made as early as possible.
