摘  要:A new Schiff base ligand 4-[1-(toluene-4-sulfony1)-indol-3-y1]-3-but-en-2-one thiosemicarbazone(HL)and its four transition metal complexes((ML2,M=Cu(Ⅱ),Ni(Ⅱ),Zn(Ⅱ) and Co(Ⅱ)) have been prepared and characterized by means of elemental analyses,molar conductivity and IR,In vitro antitumor activity of the ligand and the complexes was studied by using MTT method,Their antibacterial activity was studied using the filter scraps diffusion method.A new Sehiff base ligand 4 - [ 1 - ( toluene - 4 - sulfony1 ) L indol - 3 - y1 ] - 3 - but - en - 2 - one thioscmicarbazone (HL) and its four transition metal complexes( ( ML2 ,M = Cu( Ⅱ ) ,Ni(Ⅱ) ,Zn( Ⅱ ) and Co( Ⅱ ) ) have been prepared and characterized by means of elemental analyses,molar conductivity and IR,In vitro antitumor activity of the ligand and the complexes was studied by using MTT method,Their antibacterial activity was studied using the filter scraps diffusion method.
