摘　　要：实施护理本科生导师制,可弥补护理本科生思想教育工作中的不足,完善学生管理体制,有利于培养学生的综合素质。护理学院应完善本科生导师制,实现师资力量的高素质化,贯彻双向选择的原则,加强导师工作的考核,确保其科学、稳定的运行。To implement the tutorial system for college nursing students could both make up for the deficiency of thought education for them and perfect the student administration system. It is in favor of cultivating the general qualities of them. In nursing colleges, the tutorial system for college students should be improved. To realize the principles of high quality of teachers and bi - direction ,selection, one should strengthen the assessment of tutors＇ work and be ensured the system runs scientifically and steadily.
