摘　　要：长江三角洲外资增长迅速,杭州也不例外.从微观角度研究影响外商投资的区位选择因素,采取企业问卷调查和访谈的方法,选择交易成本因子、市场因子、投入供应因子和城市及其分区因子,解释投资空间布局的原因,并对杭州外商直接投资的区位因素进行鉴定和分析.Foreign direct investment （FDI） has increased dramatically in the Yangtze Delta, including Hangzhou. A micro-level study of the location choice of foreign investment is provided. Based on postal surveys questionnaires and interviews, investment allocation is examined by investigating transaction cost, markets, supply demand, city and urban district factors. Locational factors of FDI are further evaluated and analyzed.
