摘　　要：学校的校园文化是学校教育的重要组成部分，是学生成长的基础。优良的校园文化不但能促进学生更好地成长与发展，还能促进社会先进文化的发展。本文通过对学校校园文化的内涵和功能的分析，就如何开展校园文化建设，以及加强校园文化应注意的几个问题进行了探讨。Campus culture is an important part of school education and is essential to the growth of students. A good campus culture can promote not only students＇ better growth, but also the development of advanced social culture. This paper analyzes the connotation and functions of campus culture, and discusses how to carry out the construction of such culture. In addition, several issues concerning the strengthening of campus culture that we should pay attention to are also discussed in more detail.
