印染机中摆布机构设计改进

摘　　要：印染机械上是通过曲柄摇杆机构实现摆布动作的。通过对该机构的杆长进行优化设计,使摆布动作更加完善合理,同时通过调整杆长,达到改善机构的传动性能的目的。还给出了摇杆的动力学方程,为机构的进一步优化提供了动力学方面的理论依据。In the machine industry of printing and dyeing, swing-cloth movetion is completed by crank-rocker Mechanism. This paper introduced the optimization of the length designing of shaft,which enable the swing-cloth movetion more perfect and reasonable,and the goal of the length adjusting of shaft is to reach perfect the transmission function of the machine. This paper introduced the equation of dynamics of crank-rocker ,which offer the foundation of optimize designing of crank-rocker Mechanism.
