摘  要:目的评定1500名师范大学新生心理素质的发展水平。方法采用《大学生心理素质问卷》测评。结果1师范大学新生的动力特征、自我特征和创造性的平均得分较高,反映性、实践性和情绪特征的平均得分较低;2男生的整体心理素质、反映性、实践性、情绪特征和创造性显著优于女生;3城乡来源的师范大学新生整体心理素质水平无显著性差异,但城市来源学生的反映性、创造性、实践性、情绪特征、自我特征和社会定向适应显著高于农村来源学生,其元认知和动力特征则显著低于农村来源学生;4文、理科新生在整体心理素质、各维度、各因素上的得分均无显著性差异;5本科新生的心理素质整体水平、个性维度、动力特征、自我特征均显著高于专科新生。结论师范大学新生心理素质各成分的发展具有不平衡性,师范大学新生心理素质存在显著的性别差异和专业层次差异,但家庭来源、专业类型差异不显著。Objective To investigate mantal diathesis of 1S00 new students in normal college. Methods We applied selfdesigned questionnaire of college students' mental diathesis. Results New students in normal university got higher scores on motive characteristics, self-characterlstics and creativity, lower scores of reflection, practice and feeling-characteristics. Males showed significantly more superior on total mental quality, reflection, practice, feeling-characterlstics and creativity than females. No significant difference was found between different family-resource students on total mental quality. Comparing with countryside-resource students, city-resource students got significantly higher scores on reflection, creativity, practice, feelingcharacteristics, self-characterlstics and society-oriented adaptation, but significantly lower scores on meta-cognition and motive characteristics. Not any significant difference on mental quality existed between science majors and liberal arts majors. University-degree students got significantly higher scores on total mental quality, personality, motive characteristics and self-characteristics than college-degree students. Conclusion Mental diathesis of new students in normal university were found unequal. Mental diathesis of new students in normal university didn't show significant differences between different family re- sources or different major kinds, but significant differences between different sexes and different major degrees existed.
